AS AN preferred partner CAN I GAIN ACCESS TO MLS SERVICES?

NO, you must have an active Real Estate or Appraiser’s License to gain access to MLS Services.

AS AN preferred partneR CAN I OBTAIN A SUPRA KEY?

YES, but only licensed TN home and termite inspectors can obtain this.

DO preferred partners HAVE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY ORIENTATION CLASS?

NO.

WHEN / WHERE WOULD AN preferred partnEer USE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD?

Membership dues are due every year and you may log on to the RCAR Association Management Service (AMS) software to make a payment by check or credit using your username and password. Your username and password will be provided to you once your application has been processed.
