As a celebration of Fair Housing Month in April, the Cultural Diversity Committee and the leadership at RCAR invite you to participate in Fairhaven! This interactive simulation allows members to test their compliance with fair housing principles by using the power of storytelling to identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate.
Complete Fairhaven by 5/31/22 for a chance to participate in RCAR Fairhaven contest! There are two ways to win:
#1 Individual Contest – Complete Fairhaven by 5/31/22 to be entered to win one free year of MLS for 2023 valued at $360. The winner will be announced at the June 15th Member Luncheon.
#2 Office Contest – Win the coveted title of Platinum, Gold, or Silver Office
PLATINUM: Offices with 100% of their agents done with Fairhaven by 5/31/22 will receive media coverage in newspaper/radio, a special spotlight in the June 18th Banner Realtor section publication, catered lunch for the entire office, and a plaque for bragging rights.
GOLD: Offices with 90-99% of their agents done with Fairhaven by 5/31/22 will receive a catered lunch for the entire office and a plaque for bragging rights.
SILVER: Offices with 80-89% of their agents done with Fairhaven by 5/31/22 receive a catered lunch.
