Politics and legislation govern how property rights can be transferred and whether we like it or not, we have to pay close attention to our political climate at all times. This page offers information for consumers and members to keep apprised of current affairs, legislators and bills trending in both the State house and Federally.
As REALTORS, our state organization monitors and relays information to the members, so we can work to protect private property rights in our communities. Find time to participate and learn.
