2022 Fall Home & Garden Contest – Winners Announced
Sponsored by the River Counties Association of REALTORS, Community Outreach Committee and the RCAR members.
this contest is open to anyone who wants to enter in these counties: Bradley, McMinn, Bledsoe, Meigs, Rhea and Polk.
How to enter –
Ask your favorite RCAR REALTOR® for a yard sign, or you can pick up a sign for your property at the RCAR office (2070 Candies Ln NW, Cleveland, TN 37312) beginning October 1.
Our staff will record your address, and your sign will have a specific number for people to vote. Each sign also has a QR Code and URL address that requires the voter to register their information for the vote to be counted. One vote per email address will be counted. REALTORS AND AFFILIATES, OR THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER AND/OR WIN THE PRIZES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST.
Voting begins October 15 and continues through the 31, with the 3 winners announced November 2nd and a prize acceptance at the RCAR offices later that week.
The addresses of the contestants will be posted on the RCAR website for voters to view at their convenience, which is designed to encourage votes.
The community chooses 6 semi-finalists, one from each county, and then the REALTOR® members will vote on the top 3 winners.
Winners will be required to attend the prize ceremony, bring a photo of their property, and allow their name to be publicized by media outlets, if applicable.
