The NAR Code of Ethics is required for those who hold a REALTOR status every 3 years. It is mandated by NAR, not the state licensing agency. Many of you take the Code of Ethics course as an elective when you renew your license every 2 years, and most associations who offer the course will upload it for you to your NRDS account for the NAR mandate; however, it is your responsibility to check.

YES! When taken in TN, by a licensed approved instructor, this WILL count as a CE course elective through a roster to TREC, and the association reports to NRDS as well. Always double check, using the link above, after taking the course.
If I complete the C2EX Program through NAR will I get both CE and REALTOR renewal credit?
NO. This WILL NOT count as a TN CE Credit, as it is not submitted to TREC from NAR.
