Become a Volunteer Leader
Interested in getting more involved? Volunteer leadership at River Counties Association of REALTORS® offers members the opportunity to contribute their voice, serve alongside peers, and support the work of the Association and MLS in a meaningful, manageable way.
How the Association & MLS Are Governed
Leadership at the River Counties Association of REALTORS® (RCAR) and the RC-MLS is completely voluntary and member-driven.
We use a structured system of Committees, Task Forces, and Presidential Advisory Groups (PAGs) to review projects, policies, and procedures. This allows our Boards of Directors to make informed decisions on behalf of:
-
RCAR Members (Association side)
-
MLS Participants and Subscribers (MLS side)
Both the RCAR Board of Directors and the RC-MLS Board of Directors are made up entirely of volunteers who are committed to guiding the future of the Association and MLS.
