HOW DO I GET A SUPRA KEY?
Only members who hold licenses through TREC are eligible to lease a SUPRA key.
There are various key service options, and after joining RCAR, you will need to visit our office to complete a lease agreement and pay any additional fees. Supra is a separate company, and all billing is handled through them after your initial application is processed by RCAR.
I CHANGED PHONES AND I NEED A NEW AUTHORIZATION CODE. WHERE DO I GET THIS CODE?
Please contact RCAR at 423.476.5912 and one of our empowering staff members will obtain an authorization code for you. If our office is closed, you can provide your email address or phone number along with your PIN, and Supra will send the authorization code directly to you. Alternatively, use 1-877-699-6787 or their Contact Form.
