Membership Levels

Primary REALTOR®

For licensed real estate professionals seeking full REALTOR® membership and access to national, state, and local association benefits.

What this membership provides

  • National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Membership
  • Tennessee REALTORS® Membership
  • River Counties Association of REALTORS® Membership
  • Access to association education, events, and communications
  • Eligibility for committee involvement and leadership roles
  • Eligibility for MLS participation (subscription required)

Requirements

  • Active real estate license
  • Completion of New Member Orientation
  • Completion of Code of Ethics and Fairhaven training
  • Agreement to association bylaws and REALTOR® Code of Ethics
  • Valid email address on file

Secondary REALTOR®

For REALTORS® who already hold a primary membership with another association and want access to River Counties resources.

What this membership provides

  • Tennessee REALTORS® Membership
  • River Counties Association of REALTORS® Membership
  • Access to local education, events, and communications

Requirements

  • Primary REALTOR® membership elsewhere
  • Letter of Good Standing from primary association
  • Completion of New Member Orientation
  • Compliance with Code of Ethics requirements

MLS of Choice

For REALTORS® who want MLS access through River Counties while maintaining primary membership with another association.

What this membership provides

  • Access to River Counties MLS tools and data
  • Listing input and MLS search functionality

Requirements

  • Primary REALTOR® membership elsewhere
  • Letter of Good Standing
  • Agreement to MLS Rules & Regulations
  • MLS subscription and onboarding requirements

Licensed Personal Assistance

For licensed assistants affiliated with a REALTOR® or brokerage.

What this membership provides

  • MLS access tied to a supervising REALTOR® or office
  • Support tools for licensed real estate activity

Requirements

  • Active real estate license
  • Supervising REALTOR® or broker affiliation
  • Agreement to MLS rules and confidentiality standards
  • MLS subscription if not covered by supervising member

Unlicensed Personal Assistant

For administrative support staff without a real estate license.

What this membership provides

  • Support-level association access
  • No REALTOR® designation

Requirements

  • MLS login credentials provided by supervising REALTOR® or office (if applicable)
  • No independent MLS access

Appraiser

For licensed appraisers seeking REALTOR® association affiliation.

What this membership provides

  • Association membership benefits
  • Education, networking, and professional resources

Requirements

  • Primary REALTOR® membership
  • Completion of orientation and required training
  • Compliance with association bylaws and Code of Ethics
